An evening of team building, hometown pride, and summer fun at Coca-Cola Park
Last Friday, the YMI team took a break from the office to enjoy a summer evening under the lights at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, PA, where we cheered on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs! It was the perfect team outing—complete with great company, ballpark energy, and time to connect beyond our usual workday rhythms.
Community, Conversation & New Connections
YMI team members made the trip from Stroudsburg, Bethlehem, Allentown, and other local spots to meet up in person. With a few new hires joining us, it was an especially great opportunity to connect face-to-face and get to know each other better in a laid-back setting.
Whether it was chatting between innings, catching up over snacks, or just enjoying the summer night together, it was the kind of gathering that reminds us why a strong team culture matters.

More Than a Game
Sure, there were good seats, good snacks, and plenty of laughs—but most importantly, there was real connection. Events like this help us step back, recharge, and remember the people behind the projects. We left the park with full hearts and a few new inside jokes.
