Casandra joined YMI Insurance after an accomplished 19-year career with the City of Allentown, where she broke barriers to become the first female Facilities Manager. Since then, she has transformed operations here at YMI, leading innovations in HR, finance, and technology.
She has guided major upgrades to our systems, optimized agency-wide processes, and spearheaded key cost-saving initiatives. Even more impactful is her mentorship—Cassie uplifts her colleagues, fosters a positive culture, and inspires our team to lead with purpose.
