Celebrating the Season Together: YMI’s Holiday Party

YMI’s holiday party was truly one for the books. This year, team members from all three YMI offices—Bethlehem, Allentown, and Stroudsburg—came together to celebrate the season, reflect on the year, and enjoy time together outside of our day-to-day work.

The celebration took place at our Stroudsburg office, with Bella Luxury Limousine picking up the Lehigh Valley team and kicking off the night on a fun note before everyone even arrived. Once together, Presley’s Bar kept the drinks flowing and set a relaxed, festive tone for the evening.

From there, the reindeer games officially began. YMI Guess Who, flip cup tic-tac-toe, and the ribbon race brought out plenty of friendly competition and nonstop laughs. It was the perfect reminder of how much fun it is to come together as one team.

We were also grateful to welcome special guests from Erie Insurance, Amy Howard and Terrell Woods, who joined us for the celebration. It meant a lot to have partners we work closely with spend the evening with us as we celebrated another successful year.

One of the most meaningful moments of the night was honoring two very special members of the YMI family. We said goodbye to our retirees, Toni and Helayne, and celebrated the lasting impact they’ve had on our team. Their dedication and years of service helped shape YMI into what it is today, and we’re incredibly thankful for everything they’ve contributed.

Of course, no holiday party would be complete without Secret Santa. Between the thoughtful gifts and unexpected surprises, it was a fun way to wrap up the night and share even more laughs together.

More than anything, the evening was a chance to slow down, reflect on the year behind us, and celebrate the people who make YMI what it is. We’re grateful for this team, the culture we’ve built, and the opportunity to celebrate the season together.

Here’s to a great year behind us and an even better one ahead.
