First stop — Bethlehem! Jimi joined the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and Bethlehem Chamber to celebrate the grand opening of Country Club Brewing’s new outdoor deck. This locally loved spot continues to grow and evolve, offering a welcoming space for the community to gather, relax, and enjoy craft brews under the sun.
This neighborhood favorite is part of a network of community-driven businesses in Bethlehem, PA, including Country Club Brewing, Roasted, and Lehigh Valley Printing — all connected through owner Derek Wallen. Derek, who co-founded Roasted, has helped shape these local favorites into vibrant hubs for creativity, collaboration, and connection.
The new deck is the perfect addition — just in time for cozy Lehigh Valley fall evenings filled with great beer, good friends, and community spirit.
Okatshe’s Grand Opening in Allentown
Next stop — Allentown! Emily joined the Allentown Chamber of Commerce and Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting for Okatshe, Chef José Garces’ newest restaurant in Downtown Allentown.
Garces, a James Beard Award-winning Iron Chef, is known locally for Rosa Blanca, and his new spot across the street adds even more flavor and excitement to the Allentown community.
