Michele has been part of the insurance industry since 2017, bringing with her a strong background in member services and lending from her years working in credit unions. Her career has always centered around helping people, making her transition into insurance a natural fit. Michele believes that life experience and the ability to genuinely connect with others play an important role in understanding what matters most to clients and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their coverage decisions.
A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, Michele is proud to call the area home. Her children have attended—and continue to attend—Freedom High School, making her deeply connected to the local community.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors with her family, and perfecting the art of sourdough baking. Whether she’s tending to her garden or trying a new recipe, she appreciates the simple joys of creating and spending quality time with the people she loves
