On Monday, April 28, 2025, the Lehigh Valley’s culinary community came together for a delicious and meaningful cause. Hosted at Mister Lee’s Noodles in Bethlehem, the exclusive tasting dinner brought together more than 19 talented local chefs, restaurateurs, and sommeliers for an unforgettable evening of food, philanthropy, and fellowship.
The event, organized by Wheels of Thyme in support of Chefs Cycle for No Kid Hungry, showcased some of the best culinary talent in the region. Each chef crafted a unique tasting dish, offering guests a vibrant variety of flavors and creativity. From gourmet small plates to expertly paired wines, the event truly highlighted the artistry of Lehigh Valley’s food scene.
Our YMI Insurance management team was proud to attend and support this inspiring event. Not only was it a chance to enjoy incredible cuisine, but also an opportunity to contribute to the vital mission of ending childhood hunger. In addition to the tasting menu, guests could participate in a silent auction featuring unique items and experiences—all to benefit No Kid Hungry.
We were especially thrilled to see Zekraft among the participating chefs. As our proud sponsor for Season 3 of the “YMI Talking” podcast, their earthy and elegant mushroom soup stood out as one of the evening’s highlights.
